Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription
Subscriptions may be managed directly within your account at any time. Users may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their plan through the subscription management interface.
- Navigate to your Profile page.
- Scroll to the bottom of the menu.
- Click Manage Subscription.
- Follow the instructions to modify your plan or cancel automatic renewal.
If a subscription is canceled, it will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Access to paid features will continue until that time, after which the subscription will not renew. In accordance with our Terms of Use, subscription fees are non-refundable and no prorated refunds are provided for unused time or partially used billing periods.
